Native platforms

Two native paths into the field.

QueueRove provides native iPhone and Android apps for licensed HaloPSA technicians, with direct connectivity and platform-backed credential protection.

Choose the fit

The same operating principle, expressed natively.

Each app respects its platform instead of wrapping a browser view. The detailed pages separate shared architecture from capabilities verified on only one platform.

Shared trust boundary

Your HaloPSA environment remains authoritative.

QueueRove’s website control plane handles identity, organization membership, named access, legal acceptance, and licensing—not a second copy of your customers’ tickets.

  • IdentityEach technician signs in with a personal QueueRove identity.
  • EntitlementActive membership and named technician access authorize native use.
  • CredentialsHaloPSA credentials remain protected on the mobile device and are not relayed through QueueRove servers.

One QueueRove plan

License the technicians who take the queue with them.

Every released feature belongs in the same named-technician product edition.
