Direct HaloPSA connectivity
The app connects directly to the HaloPSA environment approved and configured by the customer.

Keystore-backed AES-GCM protects HaloPSA credentials, with ciphertext kept in private no-backup app storage.

Local working state
Room holds Android working state locally. Technicians should confirm synchronized work in HaloPSA before repeating an action or clearing local state.

CameraX and the Android Photo Picker support photo input without requiring broad access to the device’s media library.

Auth0-backed QueueRove identity, active organization membership, and named technician access authorize the native session.

QueueRove does not use an iPhone demonstration to imply an identical Android feature. The platform overview identifies the shared product principles and keeps device-specific capabilities separate.
