Verified Android foundation

Native where privacy and field use depend on it.

These are the current Android capabilities supported by the public product and security record. iPhone-only behavior is described on its own platform page rather than presented as Android parity.

01Android

Native Android workflow

A purpose-built Android app provides the licensed technician’s field path into the customer-configured HaloPSA environment.

02Android

Direct HaloPSA connectivity

The app connects directly to the HaloPSA environment approved and configured by the customer.

03Android

Protected credentials

Keystore-backed AES-GCM protects HaloPSA credentials, with ciphertext kept in private no-backup app storage.

04Android

Local working state

Room holds Android working state locally. Technicians should confirm synchronized work in HaloPSA before repeating an action or clearing local state.

05Android

Native photo input

CameraX and the Android Photo Picker support photo input without requiring broad access to the device’s media library.

06Android

Personal licensed access

Auth0-backed QueueRove identity, active organization membership, and named technician access authorize the native session.

Bounded permissions

Access the field workflow, not the whole phone.

QueueRove uses the network and optional camera access required for its documented workflow without asking for broad unrelated device permissions.

  • PhotosCameraX and the system Photo Picker support controlled photo input.
  • No broad accessNo broad media, location, contacts, or call-log permission is requested.
  • No data detourHaloPSA customer records are not sent through the website control plane, advertising, analytics, billing, or remote-AI services.

Clear platform boundary

Android claims stand on Android evidence.

QueueRove does not use an iPhone demonstration to imply an identical Android feature. The platform overview identifies the shared product principles and keeps device-specific capabilities separate.

  • Direct HaloPSA connectivity is shared across both native apps.
  • Credential protection uses the secure storage model of each platform.
  • Generate Briefing and iPhone Lock Screen timer behavior are not presented as Android capabilities.

Organization onboarding
