1. How to read this list
A subprocessor is a third-party provider that processes QueueRove-controlled data to help operate the service. The mobile apps' direct connections to a customer's own HaloPSA environment are customer-directed and are not subprocessing by QueueRove.
2. Current providers
| Provider | Service and data | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Auth0 (Okta) | Authentication, MFA, external identity, and account security identifiers | United States |
| Stripe | Hosted checkout and billing management and billing object/event references; QueueRove does not store complete card details | United States |
| Resend | Transactional account, invitation, security, billing, privacy, and support-routing email | United States |
| ITECS Outsourcing, LLC managed infrastructure | Application hosting, PostgreSQL database, encrypted backups, logs, and operational monitoring | United States |
3. Scope limit
The DPA scope is QueueRove-controlled account, technician identity, organization, membership, assignment, billing-administration, legal-acceptance, security/audit, support, privacy, and sales data. These providers do not receive customer HaloPSA tickets or customer records through the QueueRove control plane.
